Meet the founder

Neil Batlivala is the co-founder and CEO of Pair Team. Neil has built his career as a healthcare technologist working across primary care, medical devices and machine learning research. A change agent, Neil’s passion and professional experience has driven him to revolutionize patient care and operations within the healthcare system.

Prior to founding Pair Team, Neil worked as an engineer at Forward and built the technical foundation for a national network of primary care clinics. He holds a patent in remote medical data capture and a degree in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University.
